Sporting a solid Adirondack spruce top and solid birch back and sides. We have completely rebuilt this old girl from the ground up. New Scalloped bracings finish things off beautifully. The tone is brash, full and loud.
Whether finger picking or strumming you’ll be amazed….

Why didn’t other makers follow Harmony’s lead. Harmony’s are easy to date as there is stamp inside the guitar that says “S39” or “F38” (meaning fall of 1938, simple really…) This tenor is solid mahogany around and is fully refurbished and re fretted. A bright, chimey sound that belies it’s simple looks Oh yeah! … it has a pick up too

1966 Gibson LGO
Ser no. 858558
Is this a war baby or what?! Solid Mahogany construction makes for a really punchy tone and volume, whilst the ultra slim neck has a more electric feeling, ideal for smaller hands. We have replaced the plastic bridge (not one of Gibson’s niftier ideas) with a solid rosewood replica. The guitar has also been fret dressed by our workshop. Plays beautifully

Isn’t she boooodiful? This guitar has all the hallmarks of a really well made Gibson, plenty of volume, smooth top end and a guttural low end when you dig in….
The neck is a slim taper and the action and playability are wonderful, comes with the original factory case
